About Today's Mealow
Today's Mealow is a small app for one everyday problem: you're hungry and you can't decide what to eat. You answer a few questions about how hungry you are, what mood you're in and whether you're going out, and a little cat picks 3 dishes for you. Each pick comes from a real place near you, with the shop's name so you can go and get it.
Who makes it
I'm Ziwei Yu, and I build it on my own. It started in China as a WeChat Mini Program called 今食喵 (the name means roughly "today's food, meow"). In September 2026 I brought it to the web as Today's Mealow, in English and Chinese, so people outside WeChat can use it too.

How the picks work
- It looks up real places around you, using a map service. It doesn't invent restaurants.
- An AI model reads your answers and that list of places, then picks 3 dishes that fit.
- You don't need an account. Signing in with Google only keeps your saved dishes and history.

If you'd rather leave it to chance, there are free food wheels and random pickers that run right in the browser. The blog has short guides on deciding what to eat.
